What We Offer
OCCC offers support, resources, and consultation to families on navigating high school and planning for beyond from a practical, as well as spiritual, viewpoint. Families will not only receive practical guidance on courses, college applications, and related matters, but the planning process will also prioritize the spiritual health and well-being of the students. Please see the Services menu for more detailed ways we can support you/your school.
What We Don't Offer
Unlike some other independent college counselors or college consultants, Orthodox Christian College Counseling does not offer any guarantees to students/families about being admitted to any particular school or set of schools. We will not guarantee you get into an Ivy League school or one of your "top 5 choices."
We believe that the most important focus should be on finding the right academic, social, financial, and spiritual fit while maintaining a physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy balance. If you you get admitted to your "dream school" and it is a good overall fit - Glory to God! If the right fit for you is Plan B, a community college first, going into the trades, etc. - Glory to God!
Our ultimate goal is not what college we get into, or what job we are hired for, but the salvation of our soul.
